Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time
Every DigiDice is made to order and set up individually. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from live USPS and UPS rates for your address. You choose the service and pay the shipping cost shown.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at itrichdub@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
